As the product is ceramic, these packages are extremely well-wrapped, and therefore larger packing boxes are used to fill the package that protects the product. This results in a higher shipping price, as measured by weight and size. But with this careful packaging we achieve that the pottery is not damaged. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from Denmark, if the item is in stock. We always ship with GLS and in Denmark to GLS parcel shops. Free shipping on orders above DKK 1000 to GLS parcel shops in Denmark. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any import taxes and duties related to your country.
If you choose click and collect (pick up in the workshop), you will be notified by e-mail, when your order is ready for pick up.

Please read our return policy before returning your item to make the process easy and as fast as possible.
You can request a return of your purchase within 14 days after delivery. You must write us an e-mail to damhusstudio@gmail.com that clearly states that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. Return is at your own expense and you have to return the item(s) in 14 days. You cannot undo your purchase by only refusing to receive it but must inform us clearly first. Only unused items can be returned – Include a copy of the original invoice. Please wrap and pack the items, you wish to return, very carefully to ensure your returned product will not be damaged during shipping. We strongly recommend to wrap and pack the item(s) as received.
If the item is damaged upon arrival, you can return the item to us. In case the item is damaged, we will pay the return costs back to us. Please, do not hesitate to contact us for more information here: damhusstudio@gmail.com.
Should you wish to exchange an order for another size or item, we ask you to return the item and place a new order on juliedamhus.dk.
When your item has been received and returned successfully, we credit you the amount back through the same payment method used, when placing your order.
